- Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated based on ship to address, total weight, and selected method of shipping.
We ship via United States Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. All packages shipped to International addresses will be shipped via US Global Mail. Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday.
Customer's FedEx/UPS account: We will use your account to ship your order if you choose.
International customers - Your order form will reflect shipping charges based on average shipping orders. We will calculate US Global Mail shipping charges and email you for your approval prior to shipping if these charges exceed your original order. If you wish us to add the shipping charge and ship immediately without waiting, please direct us to do so in the special instructions section of your order form.
- Return Policy
Warranties: All CECO's cables have a lifetime warranty. Terminators are not covered under any warranty.
Non-defective returns: There will be a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective returned items. No exceptions.
Refunds: No credits or refunds on Terminators, custom made cables and special orders. Receipt and original invoice is required for all refunds. No Refunds after 7 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card purchases will be issued a credit card refund only minus shipping.
Returns: All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number clearly marked both inside and outside the return package. Please call or email for your RMA number. We will need the billing name, the shipping name, and the order number.
